Who is Eligible?
At this time, Scott County Public Health is targeting the following groups for vaccination:
To sign up for a vaccination complete the registration at the bottom of the page.
- Seniors (aged 65 and older) living in Scott County. Proof of age and Minnesota residency required at appointment.
- School personnel employed by Scott County school districts. Work badge or paystub required at appointment.
- Healthcare workers* providing direct healthcare services in Scott County (and cannot telework). Work badge or paystub required at appointment.
- Licensed child care providers. Child care providers and staff in licensed or certified child care programs including family child care providers, child care centers, and Head Start and Early Head Start programs.
*Not sure if you're eligible? Check these definitions from the Minnesota Department of Health. Bring your work ID to a clinic appointment so we can confirm your employer.

- If you are not a member of one of the above groups, we are unable to schedule your vaccine appointment at this time.
- This registration is non-transferable (for you only). Please do not forward this link. If you have received an invite to the clinic from anyone outside of Scott County Public Health, it is not valid.
- Vaccinations are by appointment only. Please sign up for the waiting list once the appointment slots are filled.
- The waitlist is good for the specific clinic only. If you are not contacted during the clinic to come in for an appointment, you will need to follow the same registration steps for future clinics. Look for future registration emails from your employer.
- Verification that you are in one of the target groups is required such as a work ID, paystub or proof of county residence such as Driver’s License with Scott County address..
- We are not honoring appointments outside of the priority groups, thus turning people away. Unauthorized appointments are slowing the overall effort to distribute the vaccine and filling spots of those who qualify.
